This agreement is designed to regulate the relationship between users of the site www.karyna-pylypenko.com and the Administration of the site www.karyna-pylypenko.com.

The Agreement also applies to relations related to the rights and interests of third parties who are not users, but whose rights and interests may be violated as a result of the actions of Users of the www.karyna-pylypenko.com service.

The Agreement is concluded in a standard form in the form of a public offer in the manner prescribed by Art. 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine by accepting the following conditions in general.

User - The User means any person who has accepted this Agreement and started using the service www.karyna-pylypenko.com, including unregistered visitors.


Services - for this Agreement, services mean services, works, and goods provided by representatives of the www.karyna-pylypenko.com service.


1. General information


1.1. www.karyna-pylypenko.com provides Users with the opportunity to use the www.karyna-pylypenko.com service on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. The Agreement comes into force from the beginning of using the service www.karyna-pylypenko.com. By using any function of the www.karyna-pylypenko.com service or bypassing the registration procedure, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full. IN CASE OF DISAGREEMENT OF THE USER WITH ANY PROVISION OF THE AGREEMENT, THE USER MAY NOT USE THE SERVICE www.karyna-pylypenko.com. If the Site Administration makes changes to the Agreement with which the User does not agree, the User must stop using www.karyna-pylypenko.com.


1.2. The provision of the right to use www.karyna-pylypenko.com cannot be regarded as the provision of information or other services by the Site Administration, the emergence of partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal employment relations, or other contractual relations provided for by law unless such services are expressly provided for by this Agreement.


1.3 If for any reason one or more provisions of this Agreement are found invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions.


2. Use of the service


2.1. The user has the right to use www.karyna-pylypenko.com "as is", that is, in the form as it is presented on the site.


2.2. The administration of the site reserves the right to make changes (delete, modify, supplement, restrict, make paid, etc.) to individual functions of www.karyna-pylypenko.com or the entire service without any notice to the User about the planned change.


2.3. Any use of www.karyna-pylypenko.com materials, which, in the opinion of the Site Administration, may harm both the www.karyna-pylypenko.com service itself (software or hardware), as well as the Site Administration or third parties, is prohibited.


2.4. The site administration has the right to restrict the use of the www.karyna-pylypenko.com service at any time without any warning to users.


2.5. By specifying the phone number, e-mail address, or other data, the User automatically agrees that he can receive advertising messages. If the User wishes to stop receiving such messages, he can send a corresponding request to the site administrator.
3. Intellectual property


3.1 The use of the Content of www.karyna-pylypenko.com does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights to the service www.karyna-pylypenko.com itself, as well as the objects of intellectual property rights that constitute the content of the service or the means of individualization of goods and services.


3.2. The site administration has the right to control and verify the information provided by the User regarding copyright infringement. The User agrees that all information provided by him, including internal correspondence using the functions of www.karyna-pylypenko.com, can be checked by the Site Administration.


3.3. In case of violation by the User of the rights and interests of third parties, the Site Administration has the right to file recourse claims against the User, provided that the Site Administration compensates for the consequences of such violation. This means that if any penalties are applied to the Website Administration due to the User's actions, the Website Administration shall have the right to demand that the User reimburse such penalties,

4. Confidentiality and personal data

4.1 The site administration undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the User and the safety of his personal information received from the User.


4.2. The User grants the Site Administration the right to use his personal data (including name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, etc.) for identification in case of violation of the law or the terms of this Agreement. The Site Administration has the right to provide the information specified in this paragraph to third parties, government agencies or other authorized organizations.


4.3. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User grants the Site Administration an unlimited right in time to process his personal data, which will be received from the User or by exchanging with third-party services, permission to process data on which was received from the User. In addition, the User grants the Administration the right to transfer his personal data to partners, consultants and specialists presented on the service www.karyna-pylypenko.com to the extent sufficient to perform the functions of the service.


4.4. Processing of the User's personal information is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on personal data protection.


4.5. The site administration has the right to send the User notifications about news and updates of the Content www.karyna-pylypenko.com, as well as to advertise its own activities.


5. Responsibility


5.1. The site administration is not responsible for the moral damage caused by the information contained on the site.


5.2. Users bear full legal responsibility for any actions taken by them, including for posting information or intellectual property rights (in comments and/or reviews).


5.3. The Site Administration shall not be liable for any damage caused to the User by using the service www.karyna-pylypenko.com, if such damage is not an offense under applicable law and is not caused by the Site Administration intentionally.


5.4. The Administration of the site is not responsible for the content of the sites, the transition to which took place while visiting the links posted on the site www.karyna-pylypenko.com. 6. Resolution of conflicts and disputes


6.1. All conflicts and disputes arising from the use of the service www.karyna-pylypenko.com shall be settled amicably through negotiations.


6.2. In case of conflicts between users, the Site Administration reserves the right to assess the situation, guided by this Agreement, and take measures in the form of blocking or deleting the account of the User who violated this Agreement.


6.3. The Site Administration has the right to involve the User as a third party, witness or other participant in the process in case of conflicts or disputes.


6.4. All legal relations arising in connection with the use of www.karyna-pylypenko.com are subject to interpretation by the relevant norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, as well as business customs applicable to such legal relations on the basis of the principles of good faith, reasonableness and fairness.


6.5. In case of violation by the User of the terms of this Agreement, the User is obliged to reimburse the Website Administration for the expenses incurred by it for legal assistance in connection with such violation in full on the basis of contracts and invoices of lawyers and other persons providing legal services.


6.6. In case of violation of the terms of this Agreement, the Website Administration shall have the right to apply the provided measures of influence to the User regardless of the terms of such violation.
