My Story

Born and raised in Kyiv.
From early childhood, I was a highly sensitive empath, absorbing other people's emotions and states like a sponge. For a long time, I couldn't understand why I experienced this life so acutely. I had to seek answers through my own deep crises: difficult periods in my personal life, a search for identity, two emigrations starting from scratch, bouts of apathy, severe psychosomatics, and years of burning inner resistance—the fear of finally becoming myself and pursuing my own talent.

I rebuilt myself time and time again, changing professions for years, only to ultimately find inner stability, my true calling, and genuine self-realization as a mentor and regression therapist for others.

Each of these crises became a transformation point for me, forcing me to look for ways to turn sensitivity from a painful burden into a powerful superpower. 11 years ago, at the age of 19, while navigating my own storms, I began immersing myself in spiritual practices, meditation, energy healing, Tai Chi, and energy techniques. I traveled to India twice on my own to acquire sacred knowledge. I completed training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Thai massage to understand the deep connection between the body and the Soul through hands-on practice with my own body.

Under the personal guidance of a mentor, I mastered regressive hypnosis into past lives. Later, I became a curator for her popular courses, mastered this technique to perfection, and continued developing under her mentorship. From 2019 to the present day, I have continued continuous inner work on myself, supported by dynamic meditation and mindfulness practices alongside my spiritual mentor.

Only after going through my own "dark nights of the soul," transforming personal crises, and dedicating years to deep self-therapy and spiritual practices did I feel ready to help others.

I have been conducting individual sessions since 2021, and teaching since 2022.
